What I find particularly rewarding in my current job is when I am able to complete the development of a product that satisfies our customers with the cooperation of many people.
Because of the various processes involved and the large number of people who come into contact with our products, we receive a variety of requests from our customers. In order to satisfy these demands, we need to come up with many ideas, and to test and verify them, we need the cooperation of everyone in the company, as well as cooperating manufacturers and suppliers.
As a result of our efforts, we are able to meet our customers' needs. We have made mistakes during prototyping and have had to ask for help just before the delivery date, but no one has looked at us with displeasure and worked together on their days off to do the processing, or changed the arrangements to give us the highest priority.
Because of this experience, I strongly felt that I should not inconvenience the people involved as much as possible, and I believe that the accuracy of my designs has increased as well.
