Attracted by the opportunity to develop business with customers around the world
While I was a university student in Miami, U.S.A., I met Vice President Takeshi Saito, who was on the local soccer team. I was attracted by the appeal of KYODO's aggressive business development from its own factories overseas to customers around the world and joined the company.
After joining the company, I was in charge of domestic and overseas sales of garden equipment (finished equipment business), which is one of Kyodo's strong points, and I am currently in charge of sales of our original "Probe Card Container".
Cooperative original probe card container development

Semiconductors have become indispensable in our daily lives, not only in personal computers, smartphones, and automobiles, but also in our society. Probe cards are important inspection devices that are always required in the manufacturing process of highly reliable semiconductor chips and modules.
Probe cards are very expensive and precise products, costing several million to several tens of millions of yen each, and Kyodo's plastic containers are used for their transportation, operation, and storage. Kyodo's original "Probe Card Container" was developed after one of our business partners asked us for advice.
Metal containers were definitely the mainstream at the time of development. Simply changing to resin and making it lighter was not enough to call it a Kyodo original product, so we began by listening to the many voices of those onsite using the product. Starting with the selection of materials suited to the semiconductor manufacturing environment, we have thoroughly focused on user-oriented design, including a secure method of securing stored cards, a shape that prevents dust from entering the container, ease of carrying, and an exterior structure to protect stored probe cards from external shocks, in pursuit of safety, security, and ease of use. These are just a few of the many fine innovations that have been developed in the pursuit of safety, security, and ease of use.
We customize probe card containers not only as storage containers, but also as customized containers that match the various probe cards and specifications of each customer, after careful consideration from material selection of all components to detailed functions, to ensure safe and secure transportation, on-site operation, and storage of the important probe cards.
Aiming to develop new products "only possible through cooperation
This growth has been made possible not only by the enthusiasm and warm cooperation of domestic and overseas probe card manufacturers, who are customers of "Probe Card Container," but also by our customers in various fields (agricultural machinery, construction machinery, outboard motors, industrial machinery, etc.) and many partner companies who have been our customers for many years since our establishment. We are truly grateful for the experience, knowledge, and technology that we have accumulated through our business dealings with many customers and partners in various fields (agricultural machinery, construction machinery, outboard motors, industrial machinery, etc.) over the years, and we are proud that this strong, global network and the relationships between people are one of Kyodo's strengths.

I hope to continue to work together with my team to create new products that can be made possible only through cooperation, and to have fun while increasing the frequency of my visits to Amami Oshima, where my parents live, so that I can further enrich both my business and private life.
