I jumped into the advertising industry from a different industry and am taking on a new challenge. At first, I had a hard time following the conversations because there were so many words I didn't know, and I had never used a system before. Since I was in the new business department, I had little knowledge and was feeling my way around.
In the process, I was conscious of researching things myself first, and if I still didn't understand, I always asked and consulted those around me. I am accumulating knowledge and experience through trial and error.
I realized that advertising does not generate sales immediately, but requires persistent management. However, it is also important to identify a winning strategy while deepening your understanding of the industry, rather than continuing to deliver products that do not sell.
In addition, with new projects, I have had the experience of focusing too much on starting ad delivery and not being able to predict the challenges that would come afterwards.
